Our Innovation Lab bridges that gap by accelerating innovative products that “move the needle” to market through strategic partnerships within the AEC industry to advance climate-positive solutions. By leveraging our deep industry relationships and technical expertise we provide a unique set of services to advance market penetration.

We focus on critical technology areas transforming the built environment: construction automation and offsite fabrication that reduces waste and improves efficiency, electrification solutions for heating and building systems, low-carbon materials that dramatically reduce embodied emissions, and AI-enabled tools that support climate-responsive design.
